As soon as your order is place and your payment method confirmed, an email receipt and a download link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the link to the QMSzone download link and click it. You will be asked to open or save the pdf file - click save and save your standard in an appropriate location.

Your download link will remain active for 7 days.

We have had customers not receive the download link because their email software sees the 2nd email as potential spam.
